Inner Dimension is for all levels. Everyone is welcome. For those new to yoga, our platform includes “Yoga for Beginners,” a comprehensive 28-day introduction to the foundational poses of Power Yoga to ensure you develop safe, smart alignment. There are also other Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Meditation and Pranayama practices that are perfect for beginners, too. For those who wish to maintain and/or grow their practice, Inner Dimension offers a wide range of classes, including practices with inversions and suggested modifications, that will challenge your strength, balance, and stamina.
Please take breaks as often as necessary and skip any poses or sequences that do not feel appropriate for you.
