Like our hips, our shoulders have the same movements: flexion, extension of the glenohumeral joint, abduction/abduction, internal/external rotation. We’ll shake out your shoulders in all these movements and give our wrists some love too because we spend quite some time on our hands in yoga.

This class will definitely test your strength during various ranges of motion. I loved the child pose variation with the hands placed on the lower back - wow! A great stretch across the upper back.❤🙏
