The outward flow of energy, known as Vyana, brings forth energy, expansion, and expression. In this 30 minute power yoga practice you will move through a flow that focuses on lengthening and broadening you physically and energetically. Learning to tap into the outward pathway of energy can help promote your confidence in taking up space in the world while opening you to new possibilities, creative solutions, and optimism. Vyana Vayu is centered in the core of your body, moving in and out of your extremities and through the blood and lymphatic system. It’s expressed as alignment and integrates energy throughout the body so your outward expression reflects and assimilates your internal awareness.

Completed this practice early in the morning, just what I needed to begin the day with a boost of energy and confidence. I’m loving how my body feels stronger everyday after a long stop in practicing. This series is just the best way to come back to yoga in a gradual but through way. Thank you Lauren!

This was a big challenge, but the closed eyes section was another level - amazing how you guided us to trust ourselves to do these poses without outer drishti, and use inner sense.

Waouh, I loved this one so much! And the first two also. But the expérience of the eyes closed was really deep. Almost as a relaxation moment. The inner expérience of alignment was really interesting. Thank you so much Lauren. I look forward for the tomorrow practice !
