Transitions and times of change are inevitable – change is a constant force in our lives. This 45-minute class will focus on the hips, knees and feet – our grounding force into the earth. Let’s explore ways to hold the energy of transition and change with practices to soothe and ground the nervous system. Class will combine yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation focused on centering the body and preparing for transitions.

How do you build resilience in the face of stress and change? With practice! Let’s get on our mats today and build the muscle of resilience through postures to strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine and the core muscles of your body, breathwork to re-energize you, and meditation to center your being.

We each have an individual window of tolerance or capacity for stress. And the good news is you can expand this capacity. This class will tune into the arms and shoulders. Join Christine with practices helping you feel more confident in the face of stress, especially in the current season of transitions: election time, the holidays, and 2024 soon coming to a close!
