In this gentle yoga class, we focus on waking up the spine and the shoulders and hips. We explore circular movements and spinal waves, both having a very calming effect on the nervous system and releasing tension from the myofascia. This is a great class for anyone, and feels particularly good in the morning.

This is my favorite non-power flow!!! I love the escape from traditional linear movements. I heard SO much crunching and crackling in my joints that I know this was EXACTLY
