Wow. I didn't know my body needed this like a fish needs water. Moving my wrists in ways I have never thought to was fun, felt soooo damn good, and REVIVED my mind body connection to my hands, wrists and forearms...something that I often skip over or take for granted. Thank you Lauren, for including one of my FAVORITE stretches for the shoulder/chest/deltoids as well. I will be doing this class weekly!
