This is, without a doubt, one of my all-time favorite flows. Truly one of the best yoga experiences I've ever had! I first fell in love with it when it was released on YT, months before I became an Inner Dimension member. It strikes the perfect balance between power and strength while offering an incredible release for the spine through those beautifully crafted twists. The alignment is supported by Travis’s cues. Easy to follow while deeply flowing and transformative. Simply amazing!

I love the twist classes, before I started doing yoga with Travis I thought that I will always have to live with an aching back. Thank you so much Travis for this and all your classes, this one is fun, medicine for my back and also great for those days that want some challenge
