Udana Flow
The upward flow of energy, known as Udana, brings forth confidence, courage, and clarity. In this 30 minute power yoga practice you will move through a flow that focuses on lifting you physically and energetically. Learning to tap into the ascending pathway of energy can help alleviate fatigue, give you physical resources for calling on resilience and bravery, and empowering you in taking a stand off the mat and in your life. Centered in the diaphragm, Udana energy moves through the lungs, bronchi, trachea, and throat, governing exhalation. It’s expressed verbally and when udana vayu is in balance, we communicate based on what we feel in our hearts, as opposed to what we think we should say. Udana vayu helps these emotions move up and out of us.
