Hallelujah and thank you. I hate sun salutations and cherish the opportunity to take a class that doesn't have long boring standard warm ups. Transitions are fine, but 10-20 minute of sun salutes is beyond my tolerance level. Thank you for recognizing that they are not for everyone.
