Loved the challenge in this one but how the heck is anyone grabbing a bind in reverse bird of paradise?? Haha! Def stopped and reminded several times to make sure I didn’t have it wrong. Love ya Lauren but that was tough! Also a bit fast at times, didn’t feel like i could breathe with the poses by the time I was inhaling you were already exhaling and on to the next pose. Let’s slow it down just a tad :)

Liked the initial warmup but then I found it very hard to follow. After 10 or so stop and rewinds I ended the practice. I can do a bird of paradise but don't see anyway my body can bend into the "reverse" pose attempted. I've done Level Up 108 completely twice and various other flows. In general love Inner Dimension, great vibe and effective program.

Great class - Dynamic warm up with crow (much more interesting than the usual sun salutations), with some new and challenging twists and binds (reverse bird of paradise bind I think?) plus forearm balance. Challenging but really enjoyable. Definitely keen to see more of these challenging warm ups and flows with arm balances and binds incorporated throughout the class rather than just tacked on to the end of a flow sequence.
