Transitions and times of change are inevitable – change is a constant force in our lives. This 45-minute class will focus on the hips, knees and feet – our grounding force into the earth. Let’s explore ways to hold the energy of transition and change with practices to soothe and ground the nervous system. Class will combine yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation focused on centering the body and preparing for transitions.

This live class is part of a 4-week live series, “Stress and Recovery” with Christine. In line with our October theme of “Transitions,” and as we get ready for election time, the holidays, and all other year-end matters, we wanted to support our community to keep everyone healthy in body and mind and as stress-free as possible during these times of change! Classes will combine yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices to stimulate your vagus nerve and regulate your nervous system.
In addition to being an amazing yoga teacher, Christine is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and her classes are guided by her ability to apply an anatomical focus to the practice of yoga, combining Western and Eastern philosophies. So for those of you with questions regarding injuries, alignment, and recovery, make sure you attend as she will leave time for Q+A as well!
