Girlfriends Glow Up
During this series we will explore, strengthen and nourish the mind, body & soul. We will honor the gifts of sisterhood, generational wisdom and intuition. For 30 minutes a day for the next 28 days you will practice choosing to prioritize time with you, listening to yourself and allowing support from your community to lift you higher. The physical practice will center around an “all levels welcomed” yoga base, peppered with elements of mat pilates and fitness. Modifications and progressions will be provided along the way so that you can tailor this program for your specific needs season to season. This program is designed to be fun, repeated and shared. I absolutely cannot wait to Glow Up with you!
You are more than welcome to hop on your mat and join me for this series on your own time, however, if the opportunity allows, grab your girls and enjoy this ride together! I suggest setting a time that works for daily practice and committing to that sacred time as consistently as you can. But no worries, if something comes up, have grace for yourself and resume when you can. A journal, a couple yoga blocks and a yoga strap are recommended. If you don’t have yoga props, you may substitute with household items or choose the modified versions of the movements.
