My 8 year old son has been asking to listen to your meditations at bedtime. This one is his favorite. He has an extremely active mind and could talk your ears off, yes both of them, for hours when it is time to sleep. He asks for this meditation and is out in 15 minutes. Thank you. absolutely do not know where to begin; hit a defining moment in life - needed a reset - never really explored yoga. researched and viewed numerous websites/classes online and in person. Travis is extraordinary you do not even know you are doing yoga it is really transformative. I have only very recently subscribed, but I am doing 108 level up, 30 for 30 and Yin for sleep. The morning meditations are BRILLIANT intention, visualisation etc sets you up for the day - one day at a time. I have completed 6 hours of 1 hour yoga, 4 30 minute and the sleep, two mornings of meditation and evening meditation it really has made a difference to the way I feel, look and THINK! thank you GUYS! I simply cannot get enough!
